Our List Of The Most Popular Classic Cars

Have you ever wondered why some classics are just plain expensive? There are a certain number of classic cars that draw a lot of attention because of their rarity, fame in movies, designers name, racing history, just plain good looks or a number of other reasons. These cars end up being the most sought after and in turn command higher prices than others of the same manufacturer. These are the cars you see getting cloned often because the real ones are out of reach for the average collector. We don't mind a clone or "tribute" car as long as it's not in any way represented as the real car and we have owned and sold many of these ourselves. Of course when a car is popular there are restoration parts available to make restoration an easier task as well, try finding reproduction parts for a 1964 Rambler and then a 1969 Camaro and you'll know what I mean.

We are going to list Domestic cars simply because these are the ones that are most familiar. With that in mind we will try to list the cars by make, model and what years are the most desirable. We will list the most desired (expensive) of the maker but it doesn't mean the other similar models aren't also in demand, this is to illustrate the most sought after optioned models only. This is intended to help someone considering a certain car understand it may be a little more difficult to find because it's in demand. If you know of something not on our list, please let us know.
